Vistlet Privacy Policy
Vistlet does not operate a developer server, show advertising, track you, or sell your information.
Information you choose
Vistlet requests access only when you choose a feature that needs an Apple data source. Prepared information stays on your device or in Vistlet's private App Group container so the app, widgets, and controls can share it.
Location and weather
Approximate location is used to request a forecast from Apple's WeatherKit service. Vistlet does not store your coordinates. Prepared temperature and precipitation values remain on your device and are removed when Location access is revoked.
Calendar and reminders
With permission, Vistlet reads the next upcoming calendar event and next incomplete reminder to prepare selected widgets. Vistlet completes only the prepared reminder you explicitly choose. Cached titles, times, due details, and identifiers are removed when access is revoked.
Health
With permission, Vistlet reads today's step count and dietary water from HealthKit. It writes only a water amount you explicitly log. Health information is used to provide activity and hydration features, is not stored in iCloud, and is not sent to a developer server or used for advertising.
Device and purchase information
Battery status, widget choices, styles, goals, and prepared snapshots are used locally to provide Vistlet features. StoreKit handles purchases through your App Store account. Vistlet verifies entitlements on device and does not send transaction information to a developer server.
Intelligence and Apple services
Daily Brief and Suggested Now use deterministic app logic or Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Vistlet does not send calendar, reminder, Health, or widget snapshot content to a developer AI server. WeatherKit, StoreKit, Siri, Shortcuts, Spotlight, HealthKit, Calendar, and Reminders remain subject to your device permissions and Apple's privacy practices.
Retention and your controls
Prepared snapshots remain until they are replaced, expire, or you clear them. Open Vistlet Settings and choose Clear Prepared Widget Data at any time. You can also revoke individual permissions in System Settings. Clearing Vistlet data does not delete information from Apple apps or remove App Store purchases.
Children, tracking, and third parties
Vistlet does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. It includes no advertising, cross-app tracking, data broker sharing, developer analytics, or third-party tracking SDK.
Contact and policy changes
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@henrysdev.com. Material changes will be reflected here and in the privacy policy available inside Vistlet.
