Use the quick-add buttons on Hydration to log water. If you add the wrong amount, use undo right away. Your selected unit can be changed from Profile.
Hydration reminders and Home Screen widgets are included with the app. If reminders are not appearing, check Notifications for GlowWalk Lite in the Settings app.
Local weather is optional and needs When-In-Use location permission. You can connect it from Home or Profile. The Apple Watch app can show progress and log water after you grant its Health permissions.
Please include your device model, iOS version, which permissions were allowed, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots are helpful when something looks wrong.
