If iCloud sync is enabled, confirm that both devices are signed into the same Apple ID, have iCloud Drive available, and have network access before sending a report.
The Mac app includes local backup and restore tools. If you are reporting missing or unexpected data, mention whether you recently restored a backup or started fresh.
Make a current backup before reset, restore, a large CSV import, or a beta update. Keep that backup somewhere you can find again.
Quotes and exchange rates may be delayed or unavailable. Some providers require your own API key, and not every fund or symbol is supported by every provider.

Henry'sDev does not collect your finance data. meMoney stores data locally and can use your private iCloud account for sync when you turn that on.

Confirm both devices use the same Apple ID, iCloud is available, and sync is enabled. Use Sync Now on the Mac, open the iPhone app, and allow both apps a moment to finish.
Create a current backup before restoring or starting fresh. Restore replaces the current plan, and synced changes can appear on the other device. Keep older backups until both devices show the expected data.
Confirm device authentication is enabled in meMoney and Touch ID is configured in System Settings. The six-digit meMoney passcode remains available as the fallback when configured.
Review CSV matches before saving and keep a backup before a large import. Reports can be exported to PDF, printed, or prepared for email from the Mac app.
Open meMoney, confirm the matching screen and sync status, then run the shortcut again. Public shortcuts are read-only and do not silently create, edit, pay, transfer, buy, sell, or delete records.
No. meMoney is manual-first and does not require bank-login credentials. You can enter transactions yourself or review CSV imports from files you choose.
